HEnterprise suite includes a set of HServers implementations : HWorkFlow, HCTI, HVoIP, HMail and HSMS. They deal with all incoming and outgoing communication streams (mails, calls) generated by or to customers and by or to employees.

HWorkflow

This application server distributes events (mails, incoming calls, outgoing calls) to communication servers taking into account tasks scheduling.

HCTI

HCTI is a telephony server that supports CSTA Phase II protocol, a CTI protocol. It is endorsed by all main PBX suppliers.

HVOIP

HVOIP is a telephony server that supports the ITU H.323 protocol, a voice over ip telephony protocol.

HMail

HMail is a mail distribution server that distributes mails to users according to HWorkflow rules.
